Lemon+Dill Potatoes

2 1/2 lbs. Red Potatoes, Chunked
1 Lemon, Sliced
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. dried Dill

Preheat oven to 450.  Toss potatoes, lemon, olive oil, salt, and pepper together and spread on baking sheet.  Bake for 25-35 minutes, until tender.  Toss with dill and serve.

Serves 6.
