1 Onion, quartered
1 Carrots, chopped
2 stalks Celery, chopped
1 tsp. Thyme
1 tsp. Parsley
1/2 C. Water
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 C. Nutritional Yeast
Add onion, carrots, celery, thyme, parsley, water, pepper, and salt to crock pot. Cook on low fro 8-12 hours. When finished cooking, blend with nutritional yeast and freeze in 1-2Tbsp. portions.
